George Michael’s voice and songwriting defined an era. One of the most dynamic and influential stars of his generation, this sensational new concert film captures George at the height of his creative power during his record-breaking international Faith Tour.
Assembled from rediscovered, previously unseen and unheard 35mm footage of his 1988 performance at the Palais Omnisports de Paris-Bercy, expertly restored and remastered, George Michael: The Faith Tour transforms a defining cultural moment into a spectacular cinema event.
An original short film by Mary McCartney precedes the feature, using newly discovered audio and imagery from 1986 to 1988 – the Faith era – to create a rare and intimate time capsule that offers a vivid insight into George’s mindset at this pivotal moment in his life.
