Terms and Conditions

Tickets are sold by Cidermill Theatre, which is a subsidiary of Chipping Campden School.

Customers agree to these terms and conditions by buying a ticket online or over the counter.

Box Office Sales

Tickets can be booked online, or in person over the counter during Box Office opening hours.

Customers will be sent an e-ticket to their email address. These should be stored on a mobile device or printed off to gain access to the event.

Printed and Posted tickets are not currently available.

For security purposes, you will be asked to provide your name, address, postcode, email address, and a telephone number when booking tickets.

Payment

We accept all major credit cards, except for American Express.

Currently we do not accept payment by cheque.

Ticket Exchanges and Refunds

We regret that tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged. Customers are advised to check their ticket details carefully when booking, as mistakes cannot always be rectified after booking.

Booking Fee

A non-refundable booking fee of £1.00 is added to all ticket prices, whether the sale is in person or online. The fee is payable on a per person basis, regardless of any discounts being used. The booking fee contributes to various licenses that events must pay, notably PRS.

Group Bookings

For select shows, one ticket will be discounted for every 10 tickets purchased.

Concessions

Tickets are available at a concessionary rate for certain performances. Details on who is eligible for a concessionary ticket can be found when booking an event online.

Contact the Box Office at boxoffice@cidermilltheatre.com for more information or help with booking a concessionary ticket.

Schools

For select events, tickets may be available at discount prices for teacher-led school/college groups. Please contact us at boxoffice@cidermilltheatre.com for further information and to book. Tickets for school groups must be paid no later than 7 days prior to a performance.

Babies and Children

Babes-in-arms (children under 2 years old) are welcome at family theatre performances. Children aged 2-11 years old require their own ticket, which will be at full price, unless a children’s concession is available at the time of booking.

Access

We are here to welcome you. If you have any access requirements, please email the Box Office at boxoffice@cidermilltheatre.com at the time of booking, and we will do all we can to accommodate your needs.

For seated events, wheelchair accessible tickets are available to purchase online. Such tickets include space for 1 wheelchair and 1 seat for an accompanying guest.

Please see our Accessibility page for more information.

Latecomers Policy

Be advised that latecomers to seated events will not be admitted to their seat on arrival once the performance has begun. To avoid disturbances to the show, latecomers may be asked to wait until a suitable time to take their seat, which will sometimes be after the interval. Late admittance to events will be at the discretion of the visiting company and the venue.

For events where this policy is enforced, customers will be made aware at the point of sale.

Cancelled performances

If a performance is cancelled, with sufficient notice, we will, where possible, endeavour to contact audiences in advance by email. We will also send updates on social media and on our website. We will replace tickets for an alternative date or, if this is not possible, refund the ticket value and booking fee. In the event of a cancelled performance, the management will not be liable for any additional travel or accommodation expenses or any other additional consequential losses.

Additional Notes

Everyone entering an event needs a valid ticket which must be produced to door staff upon arrival to the venue. ID will be requested when checking in student tickets.

In the interest of safety and security, bags are not permitted in the auditorium.

No photography or video equipment is permitted to be used at any performance.

All mobile devices must be switched off or silenced during all performances/screenings.

Cidermill Theatre reserves the right to refuse admission under reasonable circumstances, and to request any ticket holder to leave the venue and take appropriate action to enforce this.
