Accessibility

There are two spaces reserved for wheelchair users in the auditorium for each performance, located at either end of the front row. There is also a wheelchair companion space reserved.

For audience members wishing to transfer from their wheelchair to a seat, we ask that you inform the Box Office to let them know of your requirements when booking tickets. Our front of house team are able to store wheelchairs safely, and return them to you at the end of the performance.

Seating configurations can vary from show to show so please email the box office at boxoffice@cidermilltheatre.com for specific information relating to a performance you are interested in watching.

Cidermill Theatre has a car park next to the theatre where designated disable parking spaces are available. 

The auditorium unless otherwise stated, is set up with a seating capacity for 292 people, with 3 columns of seating and two stair aisles. There is no restricted view. Seats are pull down padded chairs with arm rests. Those who require leg room should select front row or an aisle seat. 

There is level / ramped access from the car park to the main entrance and amphitheatre.

A low counter is situated to the left of the box office / bar. It is open 1 hour before a performance and during the interval.
